Vier Jahre lang war ich Reservist. Auf Anraten des Karriereb\u00fcros und meiner milit\u00e4rischen Vorgesetzten bewarb ich mich gleich zu Beginn als Offizier der Reserve. Was ich mit der Abgabe meiner Bewerbung im Rahmen des Personalmanagements der Bundeswehr erlebte, war eindr\u00fccklich.<\/p>\n

Ich m\u00f6chte nicht anklagen. Aber ich m\u00f6chte kritisieren. Konstruktiv und mit der Absicht, durch die Schilderung meiner Erlebnisse an der richtigen Stelle etwas Positives zu bewegen.<\/p>\n

Dar\u00fcber hinaus m\u00f6chte ich mit meiner Erz\u00e4hlung all jenen, die ebenfalls erw\u00e4gen, sich als Offizier der Reserve zu bewerben, Informationen mit auf den Weg geben, die ich mir selbst auch zu Beginn dieser Reise gew\u00fcnscht h\u00e4tte.<\/p>\n

Mir ist bewusst, dass einige Textpassagen an der einen oder anderen Stelle \u00fcberheblich wirken k\u00f6nnen. Beim Lesen und H\u00f6ren meiner Erz\u00e4hlung braucht es eine gewisse beobachtende Distanz zur Subjektivit\u00e4t eines Erlebnisberichtes. Gleichsam aber auch den Versuch, sich in die Situation des Erz\u00e4hlenden, also mir, hineinzuversetzen.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Ich habe versucht nichts zu besch\u00f6nigen, nicht zu \u00fcbertreiben und so wenig wie m\u00f6glich wegzulassen. Die Darstellungen sind so nahe an meinem Erleben und meiner Gef\u00fchlswelt, wie es mir m\u00f6glich ist.<\/p>\n

Mit den Empfehlungen des Erfahrungsberichtes, hoffe ich, Impulse geben zu k\u00f6nnen. Denn auch wenn meine Geschichte singul\u00e4r betrachtet ein Einzelfall ist, finden sich gen\u00fcgend Orte im Netz, die zeigen, dass es sinnvoll w\u00e4re, etwas zu \u00e4ndern.<\/p>\n

Wenn ich dazu einen Beitrag leisten kann, freue ich mich. Denn ich bleibe der Bundeswehr und den Soldatinnen und Soldaten treu verbunden.<\/p>\n

Ich habe viele Jahre in der Medienwelt hinter mir, produziere heute Audioformate und begleite Unternehmen auf ihrem Weg zum attraktiven Arbeitgeber.
